[S1]Scope

Three audits, or one combined

Each audit stands alone. Most clients run the combined programme once, then maintain with single-discipline audits annually.

  • Technical SEO audit

Crawlability, indexation, performance, architecture and structured data — the 100-point framework, evidenced per finding.

  • Content audit

Every indexable page scored for performance, intent match and consolidation potential. What to keep, fix, merge or kill — with the traffic math.

  • Backlink and authority audit

Link profile quality, toxic-link risk, anchor distribution and where competitors out-authorise you — and what closes the gap.

[S2]Coverage

What the combined audit covers

Two hundred and forty scored points across the three disciplines. Nothing is “reviewed” without a score and an evidence link.

  • Architecture and structured data40
  • Content quality and coverage60
  • Authority and link profile40

[S3]Process

How the audit runs

  1. Access and crawl

    Days 1–3

Crawl, log and analytics access gathered; data collection starts before the kickoff call.

You get a precise access checklist. Most teams have everything shared inside two working days.

  2. Analysis

    Weeks 1–3

Every point scored against your data, not a template.

Findings are written as they are confirmed, each with the evidence attached — URL, screenshot, fetch or log excerpt.

  3. Findings call

    Week 4

Ninety minutes through the findings, ordered by payback.

Attended by whoever will own the work. The call is a working session: what to do first, what to defer, what to ignore.

  4. Written report and tickets

    Week 4

The full report plus an engineering-ready ticket list.

The report is written for budget holders; the tickets are written for the people doing the work. Both ship together.

[Q]Questions

SEO Audits: common questions

  • Tools collect data; they do not weigh it. A crawl tool will report ten thousand redirect chains — an auditor tells you the twelve that matter and why, and what they cost. Every finding here is confirmed by hand and priced by payback before it reaches the report.

  • Google Analytics, Search Console, the site itself (crawl access), log files if available, and your rank or SoV tooling if you have it. A precise checklist goes out at kickoff; most clients have everything shared within two working days.

  • Yes — a redacted sample covering the structure and depth of a real engagement is available on request. Ask on the intro call.
